When a customer brings the promotion code in, you will see the time the offer was sent and how long it lasts. You will also be able to view your metrics for additional deal details.
You control the offers. If you become busy when you have a deal scheduled, you can skip it if it has not been sent.
If a customer replies to an offer after it has expired, TextEdge will automatically send a response stating the offer has expired and is no longer valid.
If a customer accepted an offer, has a code, and tries to redeem it after the time expiration you can use your discretion about accepting or declining the offer.
When you send the discount offer, the matched customers that get the deal must reply to the offer. After clicking the link in the offer message, a unique promotion code will be sent. When your customers arrive at your business they present the code to get your deal. The promotion code also tracks usage for your automated metrics.
No, there are no fees and/or pre-purchase requirements for consumers using TextEdge. Depending on their wireless carrier and plan they may get charged for their text usage. They can also choose to recieve offers via email if they are worried about possible fees. This is shared with users when they sign-up.
TextEdge does not share or sell customer information. When a business sends an offer they will use the software to select the desired number of recipients to send the offer to.
